Well it bolted up to the T6 flange ok...
Just have to redo the first part of the discharge piping to make it work.
The hose connection is 3 3/4", so I bought a HPS 3.75" x 3.5" high temp reducer connection.
Had to change the air inlet elbow as well...and get a bigger filter for it.
Ordered an exhaust flange and clamp for the exhaust side.
Gotta tie the gate back into the hot pipe again.

Hope I can spool this big B!tch.

Spooling should be no problem. It's all the hard parts out the bottom will be the issue!

Are you planning on going larger on your injectors now to?

Depends on how it runs.
It only ran a week since I finished the stereo in it over the winter...
Now it's down again till I finish this up.
Then I hope it runs good until it's parked for the winter again.

We'll I'm going to cut the mods short this summer...
I want my truck to drive, so I will not be tying the external gate into the hot pipe till this winter. (I don't have enough time to pull everything off, and fab it all up again.)

What I can do to help it spool the primary is swap the old T3 .70 exhaust housing onto the secondary, and use the internal gate to help drive the primary a bit harder.

I'm still not that impressed with the .83 T4 non gated housing...liked the T3 better.

Sorry if this has already been asked, what primary did you end up going with?

All together again.
Down pipe needed 6 pie cuts to fit right, major work to the headlight bucket, all new 6" air inlet tube, and a new filter, redone the discharge pipe, and wallah...it's done.
Then it frickin rained out, with a bit of hail, just in case I had any intention of driving it today...BALLZ!!

Drag it down to truck source diesel and let Chris buhidar have a go at tuning it.. I bet she does a little better than 800

That 793 was with the old 63 over 80mm.
I've since stepped up to a 66 over 84mm.....and then again to the 94mm.

The 66 over 84mm could be loaded past 35lbs boost, and made 677. It usually pulled 60-65psi on the street.

Very curious to see how this setup goes...

Afe power 24-91026 iaf pro 5r air filter 6" inlet 9" base 7" top 9" height

It has an inverted top on it as well.

Just bought a new Borg from TMONEYDIESEL.

Just couldn't pass up the deal...even with a $H!TY exchange rate.

Thanks Taylor.

The deal. LOL

I'm thinking I may pick one up and do compounds with a billet 485/96.
