No Heat.. Im freezin!!!

It is your Heater core. I just had this issue with my 24v. I put cardbord in front of the radiator and the eng just got hot. still frozen in the cab
I replaced the heater core (which all the passageways were plugged on the inside) now i can stay nice and toasty even at -18 Deg. and 80MPH.
It took me 3 hours to do. not too bad but not fun by any means
 
If the stat checks out disconect the heater core and simply put some low pressure regulated air to it and see if it's plugged seen it before.
 
Make sure you get a t stat from cummins i have the same problem and change your rad cap and see if that helps then if you dont have heat still then try your heater core
 
Well After Ive covered my Grill with some cardboard, Ive got plenty of heat now. Im going to put a t stat in it and flush the coolant systm out a time or two. Thanks for yalls input.
