What would it cost to ship the motor to 91384?

I have never shipped a motor and don't even know where to start? I will crate it or put it on a pallet if needed.

How much for the t case shifter linkage and cowl boot thing around it?

$30 plus the ride?

All the wires are already clipped from the box. I don't think it is very useable any more.

Aren't there plugs on the bottom for the wires? I know some have plugs, but I don't know about the boxes on these trucks.
