We are running from hydraulic pump to a simpson valve that basicly recirculates back to the tank until it reaches preset regulated pressure and opens the diaphram of the valve..

Well you're absolutely right. Visually cylinder 1 put out drastically less water. I'll be having 5 more lines made now.

Here is 1100psi at 12v. If I bump it to 14v like my last test it will do close to 1500psi. (6) 100ml/min nozzles shown here.

Actual measured flow is 400ml/min for one nozzle. So at 1150psi the system is 38gph and at 500psi it is 25gph. Looks like we got some versatility here.

Where did the water plates with AN fittings come from if you don't mind me asking?

Do you run a relay type battery shut off for track use?
