S300 compressor discharge flange

All the correction factor
Going to be needing the flange for this. I don't want to run an elbow so I can eliminate a boot in a twin setup.

Which I think is ridiculously over priced. So my research tells me the v band is 2.5 inches and a quick ebay search all I can come up with is an aluminum flange with an o ring. I'd like to keep my piping steel.

I don't think it would be hard to chuck it up in a lathe and spin an oring groove in it. They also have a 2.5 to 3 steel v band adapter I thought about so I know I could weld it to 3 inch pipe.

Any other options out there?
 
Have you checked Race Parts Solutions, Himni Racing, Verocious Motorsports? They have a lot of v band options. Also could look at Wiggins clamps or Verocious's version of them.
 
Even frozenboost has sets with o rings. I actually ordered one last week to look at the quality, but haven't opened the box yet. When I get home I can take a look and see. I want to say the set with clamp and ring was > $30 so it could be junk, who knows.
 
I've looked at those sites and never saw a mild steel one with an o ring?

Hey perfect did you put an o ring in that groove Jacob? How did that meet up to a 3 inch pipe?

yes they came with the oring installed. I used the aluminum male or female (can't remember which) to a steel male or female flange. if you click on each they say male or female. work well from what little I have driven the truck.
