Truck wont fire

This is what i use for my timing.

ya the pump shop timed it at 20*. I did have the engine at TDC and the pump pinned once before today. Still wouldnt fire.I dont know what it could be as far as fuel related. Gettin fuel to the pump fp guage 50 have fuel outta the pump to the lines and to the tubes
