Piedmont Dragway Diesel Truck Jam.

Back to racing now... Wade, this is a win win for you honestly. If you lose the race. I assure you that you will have earned some respect from quite a few on here for finally stepping up and running someone. I bet its all hand shakes and smiles before during and after.
If you WIN!!! Damn, you got it made. You got some bragging rights on beating a rail, smiles and handshakes before, during and after, respect from folks and $1000. I think you should do it.

Very nice post Anthony!

This is more like it, and very true I'd bet as well...

I am so pissed i could not make the event :soap:. Next year i will be there for shure and i hope rudy can keep the new tranny together.

Awesome for Buck! I know he's been working hard all year on that truck.

Nice job Buck!

That is with the fastest Duramax truck that I know of. I think everyone forgets that it has been in the 5.80's. Without a doubt the highest horsepowered duramax out there.

I met the infamous PHooker!

also made a personal best 8.405@90.21! (dyno 512/996)

Buck's truck was moving on, to say the least

Buck has a awesome truck, But you need glasses sting...your buddy D has run a few 6.0's at over 122mph in the 1/8th with a allison...on fuel...sideways on launch...

Wade, last I heard Buck is running a Duraflight. That would be a Dodge tranny mated to the Duramax. He hasn't ran an Allison in quite some time to my knowledge.

Show me!

All I here is talk. How is 122 (which I don't think he did) = 125 and change in a truck that weighs more than "D's". That sounds just like you telling me it took more power to go faster in a lighter car.

Bucks runs were fuel only ... never seen a slip were D has went a 6.0x but congrats to him.

Much harder to do in a allison...thats why no one does it...unless they have a duraflight.

i'll call him and see if i can get him to post it up.....went a 3.96 to the 330' and a 1.50 60' IIRC...Would have been a great run had the IC boot not blown off.
