The 1/8 mile puts the Duramax at a disadvantage because of the defuel required for the Allison ( 4 gear changes before the 1/8 ). Just thinking out loud.
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! :hehe:

Hey, can you pickle red herrings as easily as other types? Are they as good, and will someone photochop my head on this fish? LOL
Did it ever occur to your pea sized brain that all of the East Coast racer's were all already registered NADM members and had recieved all of the official rules and regulations beforehand?
Don't tell Buck Spruill that!

Is it their fault you did not pre-register with the organization to obtain all the "Official" R & R's but relied on posts on a forum for them?
This was a Western race.
Out of 100+ racers, only a couple (one?) knew. Not even CompD guys knew.
Fax the printed rules (with a date) to 951 270 1090.

I didn't know, but I did not ask. It really did not bother me all that much though.
No this appears to be about Safety Pat, and you appear once again to want to turn it into a "__________(Fill in the blank) wronged me at an event thread". There will be no personal attacks.
How bout I just lock it then?
Timmy, it looks like that thing swallowed you.
Here's my question. I'm slow. I ran 1/4 mile in ET, but my truck doesn't nearly get up to the times or speeds that the trucks do in the Unlimited Street class.
Isn't that the main issue here? It seems to me that if they (the US trucks) wanted to run ET, they could... but then it might come down to limiting the times or speed on the faster/quicker trucks in ET. Since it is a safety issue. Which would be why it's not solely a "4x4" issue, since I'm also a 4x4. But seems like a 'more HP, faster truck' issue.
Just my thoughts.
