BBi 4's on the Dyno

Does the mustang hold a load against it the whole time like you can do with the superflow?

Yes, I know ATS for instance, has absorbers capable of holding 3,200lb-ft, and they have a winch to chain the trucks down to the rollers with a sled pulling hitch so they won't spin. Part of the fun of Diesel Power Challenge!

This is a prototype triple set up, sizing undisclosed. This is NOT a street set up. While we've driven it on the street, dry pavement feels ALOT like sheet ice.

Load for the 05 was set at 28.10 HP @ 50mph. 6200lb vehicle weight. Equivalent roller weight was 3110.

BBi Stage 4's are NOT designed for street use. They are an extreme competition injector, that could be street driven, in an extreme street truck.

Stage 3's are enough fuel for "most" twin set ups and capable of 1200 hp.

Like Tom mentioned, our Mustang loads for the full run.

that info helps understand a lot, thanks. Toss in knowing how the udc tables are, it explains the late rise in power. The tune must have ramped up steeply in the upper rpm.
