I'd like to introduce to you Nick Frantz aka macktruckdriver.

Nick sold me some 24v CR valve springs advertised as Hamilton 103lb springs. When they arrived I took them to my preferred shop where I was going to install them. Coincidently there was another spring install happening with Hamilton springs, I compared the springs against the Hamiltons and found that they were not similar in anyway. Come to find out that they are IDENTICAL to Crower 4.6 modular springs! So I immediately hopped back on here and sent another PM to the OP explaining my findings. As you can see below, he purchased these at some point from Ziegler who has been caught for this exact problem in the past as I'm told by several other veteran members from this forum.

The OP agreed to refund my money once the springs were returned and he could "inspect" them to verify they are indeed the ones he sent out. So I counted them, took pics of them, and boxed them back up in the packaging that they were sent to me in, and shipped them back off Certified USPS with signature required for delivery and delivery confirmation. I received confirmation that they were delivered back to him at the DIFFERENT RETURN ADDRESS he requested on Dec 23rd at 10:41am.

I sent him a PM stating that they were delivered and signed for on the above date, and asked when I could expect a refund. He stated that he was out of town for the holidays and that he would return home on the 9th of Jan. So I let it slide because it was the holidays and messaged him again yesterday on the 9th. Now he's stating that he did not receive any package with the valve springs enclosed, and that he has no idea who signed for the package since he is the only one living at the above address. When questioned who it was that signed for the package he denies knowing and said that it was someone "random" and that the package was long gone. So its someone "random" with the same last name as him? Possibly his new wife? Mom? Aunt? who knows!?!?

I can't dispute the charge because I did what I thought was right, and sent the money as a gift so I took care of the charges. I have all but given up on expecting any sort of refund from this individual, but that doesn't mean that I can't warn my fellow members of the type of business that he chooses to conduct on here. So to any and all members reading this, I'd recommend thinking twice when choosing to do business with this individual. Let my bad experience serve as a warning!!!
Now on to the rest of the screenshots! Enjoy! :Cheer:
