Good point and I think that is part of what I was running into.. need a lift pump. Also I read that I really need a Tech 2 diagnostic tool to keep it in 4th to get an accurate number with the Allison. Punch it and it downshifts to 3rd, roll in to keep it in 4th and it doesn't read right.
 
It's funny how close My truck and Jason's truck are numbers wise, when our 2 trucks are so completely different. Fuel, turbo, program, trans, etc... We just couldn't get them going...

We tried 30k#, 20k#, 10k#, we just couldn't get our trucks to light. I know I had no trouble in April, but now I have different injectors, different turbo, and different programming. Just proves to me how much more power there is in my truck when I matched my numbers from April without even getting the turbo spooled up...

I have some ideas and hope to try again at TI...
