FWIW, I have been downloading and saving a few of the OEM files from these ECMs, which I have been saving for "In Case".
They are all saved in the 'ctz' format, of course.

I've been in the habit of checking the 849ECMs with EFI Live and I have ran across a couple of ECMs with de-activated "Checksums", but rest assured, I HAVE NOT SENT ANY OF THOSE OUT!
They will likely end up as cores, if they won't accept a full flash.

Also have an ECM and harness from a 2009 2500 with an automatic.
The ECM is a service replacement that bears DODGE part number P5258003.
It came from a running engine that had a bad head gasket, which I later parted out.

The 6.7 ECM is SOLD, as is the 4931980 2007 5.9 auto ecm.
Still have the 6.7 harness mentioned above, for $125.
