You only can use two trucks in the demo, the paid version has all trucks (so you can pull in any class). What is difference in the paid version on tractor pulling?
I wish you could sit at the line, build boost and meter out the clutch like a real one. And leave at different rpm and boost levels.
I dont like just hitting the button and going. Theres no skill involved really. Other than that, its great.

Trust me, I know what you mean. Honestly, I would LOVE to do that, and maybe you guys can give me some suggestions...
But here is why I didn't do that: sound effects.
It is already hard enough creating the sound effects I have now in a way that they match up with what the truck/tractor is doing.
The problem is creating the sound effect, making it ramp up and down realistically, as the RPM goes up and down. Let alone turbo sound effects.
Now you might be thinking, "they do this in all the big racing games and it sounds amazing!". That is because they pay a dedicated company that sets up 8+ microphones around a V8 for example and then record it at different RPM's etc.... lets just say that I don't have that capability.
So, I hope that made sense... Now here's another option I just thought of...
I could make it so that at the starting line, it just plays the typical "idling" sound effect, BUT you have full control over throttle/clutch. Once the truck gets to a certain (pretty low) speed, change it to the pulling sound effect.
Any ideas? Comments?
Also, check what I just made:
Anybody want to drive that bad boy down the track at 300+mph, possibly crashing and twisting in the air, all from the cockpit view, top view, side view, etc? With flame shooting out the exhaust.
Of course I will put diesel trucks in as well....
