ok my truck sat for 2 months will I delt with my clutch , now the over head has drop alot MPG, Im takeing it easy will i break in my new clutch, and that when I get good over head MPG, but it just keeps getting worse, the reson i think it might be the RV is cause my rail pressure has been acting...

so looks like im pulling my 3850 dd out to see why it won't go in to gear, may be a broken leaver , with that said can i rebuild it well its out if its just a broken leaver, it's got 30000km on it and not a fan of pulling that heavy ass tranny more than i need to, shane

I have a sb 3850 dd and I went to take it out of gear and the peddle went to the floor and would not disengage, it sounded like something broke could it be the fork or the fingers it has 30,000km on it .thanks shane need help ASAP

ok so when I'm going up hill in 6th gear pulling about 40psi boost and let out of the it, (for what ever reson corner or cop car ) and then get back into it sounds like an exhaust brake comes on and my truck shakes but if i down shift all is good, what could cause this , rail pressure holds at...

alright I've got 20,000km on my new motor and was woundering if there any thing I should check, I change the oil every 3000 km with lucas addtive, I did 4 retorques in the first few mounths and check the valves lash a couple times too. is there anything I need to check? thanks shane :Cheer:

I did a search and could not find anything just woundering because I can get it dirt cheap from were i buy all my farm fuel and fluids . I change my oil every 3000k or every 6 weeks witch ever comes first and going to be trying power up addtive to see how that stuff works thanks .

at the bd dyno day to day I made 855hp , I ran 170hp smarty on 9 tq/m 4 and timming 3 rail 1 and the mp8 on kill. I'm triing to link the video from youtube its under bd dyno day oct.17 2009 bigorange feel free to link it for me if it's not in this thread.:cheer:

at BD diesel dyno day, I put down 855hp and 1996ft/lb tq with the smarty 170hp set on 9 and tq manment on 4, timming on 3 rail on 1 and the mp8 set to kill and my egts hit 1400* and boost was at 79psi, and all I have to say is I'm loven the hamilton big stick stage 4 it spools like a mofo...

for you guys that have cut off the factory intake what are you using for gasket to seal it up, I'm running the zzfab side intake and keep blowing out the copper rvt gasket maker ,that I have been usiing . I was thinking of having it o-ringed but not sure of what kind of gasket to use to seal it...

ok heres the thing I put the tntr on my truck and there is way less pull in it than just the normal smarty tune ,I've triied every leavel on the tntr and nun of them feel as strong as the 170hp tune , what I'm seeing is less rail pressure and less smoke boost spins up to 60psi fast but the pull...
