Since I've been actively looking for ways to accomplish variable timing with a P7100, I've been doing some looking around and found this. http://www.trucktrend.com/cool-trucks/1206dp-twin-p-pump-cummins-race-engine/ Seems rather complicated to me, but it does give me some ideas.

This is an 88mm TV series Garrett I was given, chewed up but maybe good enough for comparison.

HRVP died last night with no warning on a narrow street with no way to get out of the way, this is the last straw, I need to find a couple conversion pieces. P7100 pump gear 12v timing case, don't care if it's cracked as long as all the pieces are there conversion lines, I prefer .084 or so...
