I'd like to buy a western hauler style one that is unfinished, modify it, then powder coat it.

Not definite nor complete....but yes...I'm on revision D currently. LOL

It is mostly sheet metal. I figured if I can have the sheets cut on a table then I can just mig them together.

I'm not really wanting protection per say....I'm looking at more of a "strong enough to hold up cameras and work lights" type of thing.

But then I'd have to drive out to pick it up and spend the weekend with ya and drink your county out of whiskey and play guitars all night. LOL

Mine fits pretty well, can't see it from the front. I hate when they are too square and stick way up. Although you can't beat a custom made one. My bro in law is kinda OCD and builds all of his own headache racks, modifies bumpers after he buys them, etc
