Ok, battery has 13 volts with key off and 9 when cranking. I'm gonna run another hot wire to the airdog and see if it still shuts off when cranking

I would pull right off the battery power and ground and wire it straight in for testing purposes
 
Just did that, and I took the relay out and it stays on with the hot wire ran to plug where the relay would go. I tried it with the hot wire off the battery to the hot wire from the airdog with the relay connected and it did not work

Fixed it, the relay was bad, and would let the pump turn on, but when cranking it would shut the pump off. Replaced relay and it keeps fuel pressure while cranking.
