It's South of Carson city on SR-88Copy. Looked a bit like part of 30 by Georgetown, ID. I don't think I've ever been to Gardnerville.

That looks pretty good. What else does the motor have other than the twins?
Acert internals I believe and enough fuel to support close to 1100hp with a cat file.

That big power gonna get good mileage and be reliable?
You assume the person driving it is going to be foot on the floor every where they go, not the case because you don't have too, that truck will make more power at 30-40% throttle then most do a full throttle, all in how you use it.
South America buys the chit out of them. We shipped container loads every 6 months or so out when we were yanking them out of old concrete trucks. They are awful engines by modern standards in terms of power. Great engines for owners with a fleet. They are like an L10. Just enough power to get where you are going and weak enough not to break a dam thing.

There are 2 of these engines running around and neither give a chit about fuel mileage. Lol
That's about what I heard about them. I have swapped a 8.3 common rail in place of a 3306. The equipment guys love them to death and think they are gold. Like 2g plus for a used block.
Lol that must be nice.
Junker friend told me 8.3's used to be sold by the pound in wrecks. For some reason the Mexicans found out about them and they snatch them up at auctions and the price has went up.
This one is a toy and the other guy said "I'm not a fuel mileage type of guy". He said if you can't make money unless your getting 7mpg your hauling the wrong stuff.
Cheapest freight I've hauled was $2.25 per mile, F*** fuel mileage haha
